This must be the cleanest Pick N Pay that I have visited ever. The staff say hello and remember you and ask about your family. The staff take you to items that you cannot find. Absolutely the best service. The only Pick N pay that does not run away when an incorrect price is charged. Thank you

I really do enjoy coming to this pick n pay because there is such a massive variety of products to choose from. Bakery, Fast food, clothing , etc. the staff has always been very friendly to me when serving and that’s one thing I love about shopping here. I always get treated like a tourist 😁 happy employees make happy customers.

Pick n Pay is going down with their brand products. Month after month I inevitably end up with weevils in the pasta despite checking and shaking the packet around. Their trolleys need a good clean too.

Hillside Mall offers our local Pick n Pay Supermarket, the Liquor Market as well as the Clothing store with a very nice variety of clothing. There is an excellent Coffee Shop, Fast Food Outlets and is always clean and inviting.Virgin Active also has a branch where people can have a good workout and keep themselves in shape. There are three banks based at the mall as well as ATMs.

Service at the tills were efficient. Bakery was abit slow. Talking and laughing to their colleagues while serving customers.

Not a great PnP Store. Often nobody at the wine department so you have to go to the management counter, good luck with that. At least the till staff are friendly which is this stores only saving grace

At times they have great specials here so the wife shops at Pick N Pay.

Absolute shocker....place is a bank3 cashiers month end shopping....queues. Dedicated till for pension pay outs. Are you a retailer or a bank????

Sells very good quality produce , there is a clicks store very close by as well as an optometrist.

They have 1 smart shopper machine and its faulty and doesnt print vouchers. Annoying

Tellers are always slow irrespective of the length of queue. They always have discussions with each other and then greet u sarcastically as if u dont want to greet them. What happened to customers first

While other PnPs are closing at 5pm this one closes at 3:30. Very frustrated.

One of the worst managed stores there is. Everytime you go there, there are long queues and no where near enough tills open to handle it. People have to stand in queues that go down the isles, when all they have to do is open more tills. Shelves are often poorly packed and often a mixture of incorrect pricing on the shelves.

So often they dont have the products they are premoting, and often dont display prices. When you do speak to the management they are not concerned. For disabled people this is frustrating, and I am one of them, also elderly people also have the same problem.
