Professional service in upmarket SPA. The staff are very friendly. Massage was excellent. Will go back.

Staff is pleasant. Hotel stunning and child friendly. We had a phone that was not working throughout our stay waiting for maintenance which was not good and made ordering room service and communication with reception difficult. Overall we had a wonderful stay

I have now visited the spa twice for different treatments and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. Making an appointment is effortless, prices reasonable, the interior is elegant with amazing views of Table Bay and the staff topnotch. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky. Already planning my next visit.

Extremely ill mannered receptionist who felt the need to discuss us to the staff who has told us very unprofessional they dont have proper equipment when requesting the proper shoes when having my feet done they told me to cut the feet of my shoes myself and left me walking out the salon barefoot this was seriously the worst experience I have ever had I do not recommend this place to anyone please if you are looking for a 5 star experience STAY away from this salon they do not know how to treat their clients and dont appreciate customers either. They were also very adamant on me paying a deposit before I came through I have been to multiple spas and have never ever been asked this before. I am extremely disgusted and the staff felt the need to speak ill of us regarding us being rude how very disrespectful and unprofessional I do not recommend this salon what so ever!

Beautiful serene spa with breathtaking views of sea and mountain. If you are lucky you might even spot a dolphin or whale while enjoying a pedi.

Lisa was absolutely wonderful. Best massage therapist ever.

Had a neck and shoulder and an Indian head massage. The ladies doing the massages(my sister in law had one at the same time),lacked technique and its an insult to think that what we were treated to were massages. It was more like a gentle rub for half an hour. Clearly they have never been trained to massage properly. It was a huge disappointment.

Loved it!! My lady was exceptionally great and I recommend them for sure. Xx

Great views, really friendly and professional staff the know how to work those magic hands. Lift up to the spa takes days to get to the spa and back to fetch you...great opportunity to chat and get to know your friendly receptionist.

Good spa and easily accessible with close parking. Great venue for pedis with a beautiful view. Needs some polish and sophistication to make this a 5 star day spa. Spa lunch was disappointing and unappetising. Location and view are excellent

Wonderful experience

Treatments were good yet the rooms are paper thin. You could hear every conversation happening- curtains werent drawn so extremely bright for a massage. My husband had a pedicure and the therapist was overly friendly - not professional at all. I have been s couple of times yet the spa looks a bit rundown at the moment?

The massage was wonderful. Just felt robbed. Prices payed and initially advertised were different and we ended up paying more.

The spa itself has an incredible view, with the mighty ocean below and Table mountain in the distance. I had a bit of a rude beautician, but I wont judge the spa itself by the actions of one employee, because the rest of the people were very friendly, helpful and created an overall pleasant experience.

On the 11th floor.The view over Table mountain and the sea make your treatment even more magic.

Great beautician, but very hard to relax with groups of people loudly laughing, talking and even singing in the spa. No signage of where the entrance was caused me do have to walk back and forth, eventually asking the car guard to assist me it made late for my treatment, I told them this and they just shrugged it off, due to this I didnt get my head massage or pressure points on my feet done. Quite dissappointing. And lastly the room was freezing cold, even after to blackets I was still cold. The only positive points were the beautician and the views

The view!!!!!!!In the words of a teenager, O-M-G!!!!!!Haha, really... Cant decide which was better between the excellent service and the breathtaking views.And oh my, the boutique food shop, Melissas, on the first floor which was recommended by the staff of deVara, was more than enough for a fulfilling breakfast.
