Very nice place. Large item variety. Reasonable pricing. Staff isn’t the friendliest and often times downright rude. This is not always the case. It’s probably better to do product research beforehand, as true helpfulness isn’t always the case. Otherwise, I’d recommend this place. The vibe they are going for is nice.

I know a lot had great experience with Vikings Vape but unfortunately I was not that lucky.I bought a vape last year and was very happy so we went back to buy another one for my 30th birthday on 14th July.Bought the Eleaf - iStick Pico S - had it for the weekend but did not use it much over the weekend. This Monday I notice it leaked (Photos attached - Black Vape). I took it back 4 times after paying for another coil, owner said that I should put anther coil in. I was very upset about this because Ive been back and forth 4 times already, already payed for a new coil but it still leaked. After throwing a tantrum.. Owner said okay, I cant give you a refund but will give you store credit. I decided well... according to them its the first time this Eleaf - iStick Pico S leaked, so I will take the same one just different color.. again it leaked, the juices are expensive and told the owner that Im not happy. He gave me extra juice and said he will give me my money back. I said okay but I will take store credit and use it for your birthday bash, did not take the cash as I did not think it was necessary.Bought another extra R700 worth of stuff from them took a new vape, popped a balloon and got 40% off. so my total at this stage was just over R2000.The person who sold this to me deducted the store credit and gave me 40% discount on the R700. I asked him but shouldnt the 40% go off from the total of R2000 and not just the new amount. He said no but was in a rush to get to other sales because the store was packed.Well at least I saved some money even if I think this was unfair.The same person who sold the new vape to me helped one of his friends standing next to us. The guy said, if I get more than 10% when I pop the balloon then Im gonna load this the seller said yes its fine.When I asked the seller the same thing, he said no you are not allowed. So how does this work? I just left it there because I did not want to make a scene. Paid for everything, did not even get change but left it there because it was very busy.I explained the discount to the owner, first he said no because this is an old sale. I agreed but for how long did I sit without a vape? Then I explained, If I took the cash when I gave back the leaking vape, would they give me 40% off the R2000? He said yes and said but I did not pay cash so this is why I did not get the full 40% off. I did not agree so I explained again, he said yes but first I need to test the new vape and he will be in contact with me next week. Oh and he gave me a pack of cotton before I left. Felt like he just wanted to get rid of me.Well honestly, I did not write this review to get anything. Just wanted to share my bad experience with everyone. Ive spend so much money and got treated like this. Its not my fault that the vape leaked in the first place. You get 6 months warranty on the vape but then have to fight to get things fixed in the first place after you paid R1300 for a brand new thing.All I wanted to do in the first place was to buy something nice for my 30th birthday. Still not happy with how I got treated from the start.
