You are the most friendly, helpful and loving people I have ever met in my life. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all you did for me. My Mom was admitted to Emoya Med in Bloemfontein on Sunday for pain treatment . This morning they were informed that another patient that they share a room with tested positive for COVID-19. This patient is being isolated with them. My Mom was re tested yesterday and she is negative . This positive patient has still not been moved and isolated by this hospital. My Mom is a 61 year old woman that suffers from Chronic Diabetes and High Blood pressure. She and the other 2 patients are in distress and still in the room with this positive patient. This afternoon I argued with the Matron and the Hospital manager as to why this patient is still in the same room with other healthy people. After lying and denying he apologised and assured me that she is being moved and that the room Is going to be cleaned and disinfected. Tonight I checked in with my Mom and she told me that they never moved the positive covid19 patient into isolation and that they never cleaned and disinfected the room . My Mom and other patients lives are in danger !!!
