This company also trades under their well known name which is Barron. They have become utterly useless the past 6 months concerning delivery of any of their products, bringing forward excuses ranging from system failures (which by the way is a chronic issue with them) to the fact that they have moved into their new world class facility that lead them to a backlog, and still months later they are unable to sort themselves out. We as a company have stopped all orders from them as we cannot associate ourselves with such inept service which ends up reflecting badly on us towards our customers. I believe their core problem is the horrible attitude and low morale of their company employees with communication being their best shortcoming of all. My issues with them are also fully backed by the endless amounts of complaints from other customers on their Facebook page under the Barron name.
