Actually I want to give this shop NO STARS....The worst ever Food Lovers i ve ever been in.The workers act to be sooooo english and when you ask for baby marrows they bring beetroot...you ask for corn speers they come up with asparagus.....omw....ive been thete so many times and what a disappointment time after time

First time I bought fruit and veg there it went off in 2 days! Also bought a box of grapes... looked nice, but it was only the top layer of grapes that looked nice! All of the grapes underneath were rotten! Thought it was just a mistake, but the same thing happened the 2nd time I went to buy there. Very disappointed in the quality of their products. Will definitely not be buying there again.

Not the greatest FLM branch Ive seen, compared to a few others like Centurion or Sunward Park. Limited product range. Hot foods takeaways are very expensive. But good for your basic fruit and vegetable needs.

Was not too busy. Well stocked and we found everything we needed and some more.

Earlier today I had a very upsetting incident with one of the staff members. As I entered the store, I pumped hand sanitizer into my hand and unfortunately did not notice that there was a step apparatus one has to use to do so. One of the staff members working at a station close to the door, an older white gentleman very rudely yelled at me for not using it. Now, I do believe that there is a way to communicate with people,especially if youre in the marketing business. He could have handled the situation much better. I really didnt appreciate being spoken to in such manner. Im sure Im not the first person to have made that mistake.

Found good quality fruit and veggies with a few proper bulk specials on offer. nice variety of drinks and a well stocked drinks section. They also cater for health conscious shoppers, selling a range of drinks, snacks and foodstuffs that you want to eat! And best of all they sell my favourite beverage, switch, on special, 4 for R30...bargain!!

I bought a loaf of Sasko brown bread yesterday (21/12/2019) and the best-before date was indicated as 26/12/2019 on the wrapper. To my agony, when I opened it to eat, it was sour and it smelled as such. I suppose it is the old trick of changing plastics with old contents. Last week I bought red apples that looked fresh but are rotten inside. I thought it was just a mistake but it looks like it has become a practice. I have spent so much money on this place over the years and I must say, Im so disappointed. Why take customers for granted?

The old shop was much better with a huge selection of breads, muffins, etc. Now only 2 little tables with a few packets of savoury buns! And the staff is extremely noisy, so much so that you cannot have a conversation with the person who is shopping with you. Not a nice shop anymore.
