Politeness cost nothing.....I will think twice before I visit this shop again.
ALL of the till workers/cashiers are terrible. They do not care about customers, they take their sweet little time and only attend to customers when they want to. They dont even want to do their jobs. Instead, they point fingers at who is supposed to help a customer. Their attitudes are horrible, specifically those who were working on 27 May 2021, and a particular one called James. I was not happy with the service and will never set foot in this store.
Its so hot, I am not sure if they have aircons
Their security policy is everyones a suspect/thief until proven otherwise.
This place was very overcrowded, queues were too long, it wasnt easy to do shopping.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional . Lots of clothes on promotion. Pleasantly surprised.
The qeue is a mess - the shop only caters to Hipsters and fashionistas, not to casual and mature people! There is a serious lack of decent semi formal clothing
Items with no barcode are on the shelves and I was interested in a green T-shirt dress of OR oakridge size 38 and the cashier (eldrin) together with the other lady with no name tag were not helpful at all. We waited for 1hour 45min. Without any explanation and apology from any of them. Instead the person who was not helping us (engus) came to apologize.They came and just rang a code without even telling us the price first.
A good place to shop good clothes for at less prices
