Really awesome sushi and have a definitive difference between other sushi places in the area. I would rate the quality as top 5 in Bloemfontein.However, they dont stock all the wine that they present on the menu. They forgot an order and only remembered it later when we asked for the order we placed. Spelling mistakes on their menu makes you wonder if you made the right choice to sit down at this place.On the plus side, they put a lot of details in their dishes and represent it with style. We were quite impressed with their display.

Whenever were in Bloemfontein, we always make sure to order take aways from here. Their Chinese food is absolutely amazing. Its so fresh and really tasty.We always order Chicken Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour Pork - its our favorites!I highly recommend this place for delicious take out!

FANTASTIC RESTAURANT!!What a lovely restaurant, service and staff!! The food was absolutely delicious, so fresh and such a large variety. Great atmosphere and the waiter was so friendly. Even the owner, came to greet us with a warm welcome. Definitely our new Chinese/sushi restaurant!!!🤤

I like this place, its clean and the food is really nice but I was saddened last time I took my family there and my cousins temperature was 37 degrees, the owner chased us away immediately lol sad but funny. I thought the COVID-19 temperature is supposed to be 38/40?

This is a little gem. They have great shusi and Chinese food. Even the waiter is very nice. They are small and still care for their customers. We love to get take away and sit down. My personal favourite is the steamed dumplings - you will not be disappointed. Visit them! If you dont want to wait, order and then collect.

The little gem of the Eastern Free Stare opened in Ladybrand many years ago has finally opened in Bloemfontein. Owner/Chef J C has brought his high standard and tasty dishes to the Free Stare Capitol. Keep it up J C, you are going to need a bigger premises very soon!!!!

Worst Maki I have ever eaten...

I had to wait over half an hour for fried rice take away.... when I asked whats happening they did not even start making the food yet.... so another 10 min wait. I guess next time impromptu visits are out for take away.

DISHONESTY!!!! I ordered sweet & sour pork, then they asked if I wanted rice or noodles, making it sound like it was included in the meal, and I choose noodles. When the bill came they charged me R78 extra for the bowl of plain noodles without telling me that it was extra and that it is not included. Dishonest way of making extra money. Bad service aswell and they never asked how the food was. The food wasnt too bad though, but the people ruined it.

Food is good and worthwhile for the price. Make sure to check their business hours before committing yourself to a meal, they often close at odd times.

The food is the BEST chinese you can buy yourself. So tasty. Incredible quality and nice ingredients. Good prices. Fast service. COMPLAIN: There is a big problem with the communication between the staff. If you cant speak chinese, dont expect a decent conversation AT ALL with ANYONE of the staff. I tried to talk to the owners about the poor take away containers(foam plastic which are solely made for sushi) for the warm dishes(steaming hot food should be dished in aliminium foil containers, NOT foam plastic), they looked at me like I was a retard, and then the man(owner)was shouting in the kitchen and freaking out, screaming at his wife. The chop suey dishes also way tooooo salty, with no options for low sodium soy sauce apparently. Watch out for that. But go taste the incredible food and try to learn some chinese maybe before you go there to impress the very anti-social owners! 😀
