The staff is very professional and have a very good attitude towards their clients and their work.

Great location and very convenient. One is able to get their hardware close by, but with friendly staff.

Poor service from employees 2 stars because I got what I wanted!! You are not even greeted when you enter the store and most of the time you are waiting to be provided a service while employees are busy laughing and walking around like there is no customers waiting to be served.

They do adhere to COVID-19 rules. I was sanitized and temperature captured at the entry point by a security guard. I was assisted with everything I needed by their sales consultant.

Your customer service is absolutely useless, including your website. Your phones are never answered. Ive said up to 25min on my cellphone waiting for someone to answer. Your so called chat doesnt work, what on earth works at builders. Your store locator is useless and no specific telephone numbers are given for specific stores. In this day and age I would think you would have your website and social media up and running. Wake up Buildersware house. Stop promoting what isnt working, shopping online, chats and emails. Fed up customer, yet I spend alot of money at your stores. Catch on with the programme.

The staff besides the cashiers have a bad attitude towards people. They make you wait while making private calls and having conversations that have nothing to do with work. They feel giving you a printed out quotation is a waste of their time and paper. I buy there because its the nearest Builders near me not because of anything else, they dont have good customer service. They need training.

Very unfriendly stuff and none of them were helpful ask for a tap washer they send me to paint department waited almost 20 min with an empty store on help until now had no help left without buying anything then they complain we dont support local I will not recommend any one of my friends and family to go there and if it only happened once I could understand was there twice as everyone deserve a second chance but was even worst

Those employees dont prioritize customer service. You will stand in the queue and with no cashier and or sales consultant. At collection they are all just dragging their feet with no sense of urgency.Very pathetic if ever I go there again Ill try and get pictures.

I say this because they need more staff to help, we were there need price and we have to go around the store and want someone to help us out with the price. But the guy run so fast to collect the price. Thier staff are friendly.

Its a place where people in the township can get all their building needs near where they live at affordable prices.

My visit was today 28/05/19Lack of customer service as I had to ask 2 people one question and I was referred to someone who was clearly busy with a different customer and there was a guy sitting behind the counter at his desk on a PC and I asked him if there is another consultant who can see to my query and he told me I should wait for the same guy who was assisting a different customer, then this guy cam I enquired about different size gas cylinders that they carried and also to see if they have in stock the portable (camp size) gas heater which is currently on promotion and he brought me the box and when I asked to see the floor model so that I may be better able to make a decision he told me it was not company policy to open boxes so that I may have a better look as well and touch of the product and I undecayed that I have a screenshot of this on my phone I need to see the product so that I can see how big is the stone where the fire comes from otherwise I would have bought from online stores but I went in to see the product he made me feel really bad for enquiring let alone asking for his assistance.The 2nd instance is when I paid for a gas cylinder I had to wait for a cashier which was not even at their p.c and after struggling with their Absa card machine to go through after it decline my card and eventually made payment. She asked me to go to a a specific guy who will bring me my gas cylinder upon showing him the invoice. I waited for this guy for more than 10mins the managers seemed to have a store visit and one of the supervisors asked me if I have been served and I told him I am waiting for a guy who will bring me the gas cylinder and pointed to the direction he went to. He just said okay and walked away with the rest of the managers and section supervisors. I continued to wait and wait until my partner went to the back after searching the store to try to find this guy thats where he got the cylinder and there not a trolley in sight to carry out a very heavy 19kg gas cylinder to the parking lot.I must say should I have known this was the service at this branch I wouldnt have bothered.The service needs to be an area of improvement from front end until a customer walks out of the store if there was zero stars thats what I would give this branch. A customers time shouldnt be taken for granted there are lots of businesses that can offer better service and customer would spend a little extra for service. Much improvement to be done.
