I went to visit there a while ago. Sat down at the table outside in the perimeter. No service. Moved inside and occupied another table. No service. Moved over to the bar counter. A bar lady and two guys went on with their discussion and completely ignored me. I gave up and left without getting any service 🤔

We are at the Bloem Show and made a turn at this bar because everyone tells us cigarettes can be purchased here from the machine. I chose a brand and only received my change, with no packet in sight. Although it states on top that no refunds will be done, I asked the staff for assistance. Upon notify the staff, they were very rude and instantly irritated with me.I called the number and the guy said to speak to the owner and ask for a refund, he will rectify the amount with her the following day. Needless to say, the owner was once again highly irritated and unfriendly with me. I only got R30 back instead of R36. Staff in total is very unprofessional and not willing to help at all. What does it take for people to be just a bit friendly?! Customer service at its finest I guess....

Nice place to sit and enjoy a beer. Just needs to be upgraded a bit. Otherwize very afrikaans
