Place looks good from outside. My stay extremely regretful. Staff is rude, dirty carpets, noise between the rooms unbearable. Would never recommend it... and they claim to be 4 star on their website.

The service in South Africa is bad. We all know it. But, when you are greeted with What do you want, it does make me wonder if this hotel is even trying.Apart from the terrible service I received, the towels seemed have been in use for at least two centuries. The bedding makes me sweat and cold at the same time. The shower door was broken.The Hotel seemed rather empty (understandable), but still they gave me a room right next to the parking lot where lights shown into my room. If I was trying to keep customers, I would not give the worst rooms to my guests.Plus the coffee is bad.

Booked this hotel as a stop by, I regret it.The carpets are the dirtiest carpets I have seen. In my room 115 there was a big stain on the floor. The duvet cover had stains in the morning they flipped it around hoping I won’t notice lol. The bathroom shower licks, the toilet basin licks. The aircon blows very dusty air. I actually had a bad throat after staying there cause of the dust. Breakfast was mediocre. Not the best place please go opposite there is a protea hotel you will be fine.

Noisy guests on the hallway, you can not reach the reception at night, phone in the room does not work, no internet connection on the wifi. TV channels are still in the 90s, slow running water in the shower... They can manage this place better..

The place was nice and cosy. It would be nice to have enjoyed the full service that it usually offers. The staff are friendly and the security always check when you enter and are always ready and alert

The Aha Bloem has now impressed me. The first time I stayed there last year, I was a bit let down. However, this time around we got the rooms upstairs and I must say, they are far better comfortable then the 1 I had last year. Its now become our stop over place. We will be returning soon

The kind of upmarket hotel you rent on an hourly basis. Room clean, staff good when not on their cellphones. Breakfast so so.Cons: Next to hospital and ambulance sirens. Rooms need a proper run through, from the mold in the shower, to the mislabelled hot/cold faucet direction to the broken window handle.Also I recommend not taking a ground floor apartment as the constant car headlights shine through the curtains.

Beautiful design from the outside but lacking finesse inside.Bathroom door unable to close. No soap at the sink. Sink not draining properly. Shower door unable to close thus water leaks upon the bathroom floor. Towels smelled. Measurements of the bathroom very poorly done. Ceiling paint drips on the bathroom door. Dirty marks on the walls and on the linnen. Previous guests (or cleaners?) hair in the bed.Fitted sheet does not fit the bed. Noisy.In summary: looks good from far, but far from good.

AHA Bloemfontein. Well done on an excellent stay. The service with a smile that we were given from the time we entered till our departure was amazing. It will not be forgotten. Every staff member made us comfortable at our late check in. This just made our stay memorable. Breakfast was a tad bit plain and simple. Not a wide variety but manageable. Rooms are very very close to each other. You can almost hear noises from the next room. The alarm from the next door room woke us up. A really small walkway with room doors, which makes it difficult with kids and noise. Comfortable pillows and beds. Bathroom was basic yet comfortable. An amazing hotel with an affordable rate and helpful staff that went out of their way to see to us. Thank you AHA Bloemfontein. We will definitely return

The Aha hotel situated in the semi commercial area, and 3 minutes walker to Mimosa mall. Also not far the medi clinic.The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very quiet, clean and good quality and value for the money. The staff members are very well trained and very helpful. There is also a very good security system.I enjoyed my stay and I look forward to coming back again.

Beautiful presentation but the beds and the pillows are bricks. Better mattresses have to be bought and pillows with feathers are necessary. My body is sensitive and using the bed way the worst!

Perfect for overnight stop between Kruger and Tsitsikama. Found the staff to be friendly and the lodgings to be more than adequate. Accommodation is comfortable and clean.

This is a very clean Hotel, I was very impressed by the customer service at the front desk. The hotel is wheel ♿ free. It is opersite a shopping Mall and loads of take aways stores. It has free wifi and free parking. PLEASE NOTE: On the advertising pamphlet it shows a double bed, it actually have two single beds in the room. SO COUPLES LOOK out for this one. They have an optional breakfast include or even a breakfast box which can be collected at 5am. • The morning of departure there where no breakfast bags available and it was uncomfortable to carry all the stuff by hand. No apologies was given by the person who help us. All in all, it is a great Hotel. 👍

Was a good stay. But I think the receptionist on the day of my arrival might have been going through some things. Not very friendly. But the sleep was honestly peaceful. Breakfast was okay too.

MorningSome feedback on our stay.Reception definitely make sure you do not feel welcome. No water or coffee on arrival available even though they do have a bar, not allowed to order a water or drink. Reception tell you straight to go to the garage.The reception are was so hot you could not breath inside, lady just said the air-conditioning is off.Rooms had everything we needed and had a restful night.Breakfast is served at reception, The reception top counter are used for all food to be served. Counter so high that you have to lean over the cheese and ham to toast your bread.So covid friendy that we basically sat on the next persons lap when we had breakfast - sarcasticWill not recommend to anyone nor go back

Its an okay hotel for an overnight stay, its clean and conveniently located, with secure parking (24 hour security). Basic but sufficient warm breakfast is served.

The hotel is modern and gives a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the service was amazing. However, it was a little too nosy for me (The hotel is situated next to a busy intersection) and I was not thrilled by the quality and selection of their TV Channels and their slow Wi-Fi.

The rooms are nice and clean but then,I couldnt take a proper shower because the water was freezing cold and may I suggest a backup generator incase of loadshedding.

AHA Bloemfontein: Trespassers in Room at 01:00 AMPlease do not stay at this Hotel, it is not safe. Last night/morning at about 01:05 two unknown men entered my room with a keycard that was provided to them by the on-duty Manager. I confronted the manager and he explained it was a mistake.Subsequently I vacated the room immediately (at about 01:30). This is not a safe place for you or any of your loved ones, co-workers, etc.

Bathroom layout is a terrible mess wih shower leaking whole floor water lodged.Bedding though was nice and hygienically clean.

I have never experienced such terrible service in my life and this is supposedly a 3 star Hotel. The receptionist didnt greet me, i had to ask her if she is reception as there is no clear sign. The room was so stuffy, we could hardly breathe in the room. It smelled damp. The bed was made but the duvet cover was the wrong way around, there was no towels in the room and only a paper cup to make coffee in. The breakfast was as disappointing as the stay. No bacon, you get your food in a plastic container wich consisted of scrambled eggs that was still very undercooked, mince (mixed with bully beef or something very unpleasant) - COLD. Baked beans - COLD. You only get white toast and then have to ask for butter and jam as that is not a given. You only get orange juice which i cant drink. When i asked where the bacon is as its breakfast, the answer by the gentleman was simply they usually have bacon but not today. I expressed my disappointment with this whole situation and he just stared at me as if im from another planet. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

For the price, the room I stayed in was below average, one bath towel, aircon didnt work properly, light switches for the room are meters away from the bed, I sleep out a lot due to work, from experience I would give this stay a 2 star . The night staff were excellent.

Stayed here for one night, for the price, it was merely acceptable.The room is an acceptable size with an extremely compact bathroom.Me, being a big guy found the shower size acceptable at-least.The king bed in my room was amazing, albeit a bit hard as can be expected in any hotel.Everything was clean and the staff extremely friendly.The 3 star rating is for the extreme noise experienced from an adjoining room.I would highly recommend the hotel look at better room sound proofing.Overall a great stay at the Hotel.

From the moment you drive into the property, the securities are friendly and welcoming. The reception staff are very welcoming and professional. Knowledge about the amenities and extra services they offer, is provided quickly, fluently and in an inviting manner. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and aesthetically appealing.I had a very pleasant stay in the Queen Suit that had a flat screen television, DSTV channels and a beautifully set up tea or coffee station. The room also had air conditioning.

Day 1 the room was smelly curtain railing fell off as I opened it to hair out the smelly room no cupboard space key cards doesnt work if you hold it close to your phone or car keys, very noise hotel guests till 2pm on both nights of my stay, second day the receptionist Tesogo had a huge attitude problem because he didnt want to open my room for me due to their key cards that wont work

Hotel looks nice with decent rooms but very noisy. At all hours of the night there are loud noises from guests and the water pipes. Shower leaks under the door and floods the bath and room. Breakfast is horrible, not even eggs done by choice. Breakfast location is very bad with out enough seating for guests.

The place is clean though they are using old towels in their rooms and they TVs are hung up too high. Theres also no closets to hang clothes. Furthermore they have no safes in their rooms.

A reasonably priced hotel that is good for a short stay. Well priced and tidy rooms. Can recommend it if you are in town for a couple of days

The bathrooms are not well maintained and they have a lot of water wastage and the reception take forever to answer the phone when at the hotel only phoning in from outside, was not at all impressed as the faults were reported and never attended to, very disappointed

This is one of the most modern sleek and elegant designed buildings that i have ever seen. Very clean great food and great staff. They cater to your every need.

Rooms seems nice, a few small Complaints but overall not bad for the price.

There is no swimming pool. Company paid for Dinner, bed and breakfast. Patrons have to go to a mall and get their dinner from Spur or Jimmys Prawns can deliver but deliver is extra. Inconvenient and inconsiderate for the business traveller to sit alone at a Spur and have dinner after a long tiring day.
