Bought a bacon and brie panini, looked delicious and nicely filled. One piece of bacon and two pieces of brie expertly placed at the opening. the rest of the panini was empty.Rather go to woolies

Food that was asked to heat up was cold, and smashed around at till point. I threw it away, it looked that bad and cold. Till point atendened spending time to discuss her personal stuff, mised some items and had to re swipe my card. Special advertised on Radio, was not available in store. Buyed Coffie and had to wait 11 minutes for it.The worst Checkers experiance ever in Bloemfontein.Will never set foot in this shop again.

Lovely place with a good and fairly priced selection, open till late

Bought chops, chicken, sosaties and boerewors on 4 different occasions in the last year where the meat was off. Took back the boerewors before I cooked it and got refunded which was great but the other times the meat smelled off while cooking. Very frustrating to take cooked food back. Unfortunately I wont buy ANY meat there again!

You guys must change your operation hours on google, i have countless times gone onto google to see what time you are open until and then it says 5pm on a sunday, now im here again and its only 14:43 but the shop is closed.

Great service to the public

We’ve encountered three times where the employees underestimate the South African multiculturalism.We understand Sesotho but not born an African. Always being friendly and learnt the language from our constant interaction.Upon asking for assistance which they are suppose to provide nonetheless. Not being unreasonable nor rude with a neutral attitude, they return with the most unfriendly response with addition, unknowing that we understand Sesotho, during two different occasions with two different African ladies, they said in their language why we are “so annoying” and that “we are such a bother”.Just one question is unreasonable? Annoying? Either their attitude as a whole is unmotivated throughout their day or they are discriminatory against other races.Get better service elsewhere or immediately look for the manager if you feel that they are treating you with disrespect not as a customer but as a simple human being. I hope they can take this as constructive criticism and improve.Other than that, we’ve had pretty good experiences with them. At least some redeemable point which earned them one more star. For all the other employees that try their best and make an effort is another star in honour to them. If their life values is just to work without any positivity. Automation would probably replace and displace them incredibly fast. Hope they can find some inspiration.

The staff steals products that we buy.

The little pancake stall on the outside is a waist of time. 65min waiting time to get 6 pancakes. And there were only 4 people in front of us! If there is such a high demand for pancakes on a Sunday then you should get more staff helping or put n sign up saying VERY LONG WAITING!

Not the cleanest shop and NO royco and Knorr Patato Bake ans Veggie Bake powder, no Pedigree soft food. One should think they should stock this common items. Unfriendly cashiers very very slow

Nice products, quick service

Did not realize I had to check the expire of bread. I purchased bread yesterday which had expired 5 days ago. Not impressed. Then I purchased 2 sushi platters and either the salmon or rice was expired. It tasted horrible. Someone should definitely check the hygiene standards in the kitchen and check your shelves for expired good, especially items that perish faster than others.

Sorry to say but on 30 January 2020 I bought a meal of the day but the chicken was terribly overcooked and hard as well as untasteful. Is there quality assurance at the shop?

I am updating my reviewI will not be going to this checkers againI stood in line for about 20min wanting to buy buns while clients that came 10min after me were helped first and when I complained about that i was completely ignored, also staff very rude and unhelpful1 star rating is too much
