Whenever I go to this branch, there is only one teller available at the customer service.One teller to help a line of 10 people.How is this professional service Absa?

Waiting for 30 min to get somebody at the tellers over lunch time, nobody available, asked to talk to the branch manager to no avail, teller managers just shrug her shoulders and say that a teller is coming off lunch soon. Some clients left the bank because of poor serviceI can only do my bank business over lunch and got the worse experience ever at the Loch Logan branch.

Easily accessible on the top floor of the mall close to the escalators. ATMs also located outside branch door for 24 hour accessibility. Safe within complex.Not good for quick stop, since the parking area charges R2 from the first minute. You however have the benefit of safe parking and access.

Poor service, I just wanted to get back the bank fees they wrongfully charged me, which was a problem on their side, thus I wasted another hour standing in a que at customer services waiting on incompetancy.

Useless service, no one to help at foreign exchange after ringing bell 20 times, no one at check in desk.
