If you want good, or at least capable and professional architects I would not suggest using Sergio Nunes. If you also want an architect who has your best interest at heart, I would suggest you look elsewhere. They have been my worst experience with architects ever, as I shall now explain. Not only are they unprofessional, they have provided me with drawings that didn’t provide the most basic measurements causing the contractors to have to figure out the measurements themselves. The second incident I had with them was about the cost for amendments, I had asked them to remove a few manholes from the drawing of which they charged me R2800 for two hours of work. I honestly could have done that myself with less than 5 minutes of work. Not only did they charge me an exorbitant amount on the amendment, the amended drawings looked nothing like the original designs, the proportions and scale were completely different even though the only amendment I requested was for them to remove some manholes, it was almost as if they were doing guess-work. I’ve attached the picture of the design before the amendments and after the amendments.

Sergio was great to work with and made the whole process effortless. We are very happy with the process so far and cannot wait to see the house completed.
