This is my go to place! Love thier crockery its very great in quality.. Service was excellent!

The shop is selling the best quality of products ,I love it. Only the till girls have bad attitude they always in mood . Mitchelle the worse manager no smile ,you great no responding . I will always buy there . We are running a pizza place and our clients likes my pizza plates from CONTINENTAL.

The place is very dusty my allergies and asthma flared up quite bad. The lines at the tills were long but was worth the wait for a good bargain! Prices not on all items and I couldnt find anyone on the shop floor to ask for assistance.

This factory shop is one of my stop overs. We must remember it is a factory shop. The personal know the products they even remember me and I am from the Free Stste they are friendly and helpful.

Till girl has the worst attitude, swearing infront of customers, making sarcastic remarks towards co workers. If more than one customer asks you for a price, surely you should realize most of your prices has not been updated on the shelves! Dont have an attitude towards them, fix the problem! That is your job!

Been here before and good experience but to my dismay place is closed when it says open today.

I was very disappointed today as I drove all the way from Steenberg to Blackheath to visit your factory shop just find that you guys were close.Why when a person google your shop does it show you are open from 8h15 to 4h30.Petrol is expensive and like most people I dont have money to waste i suggest u guys fix this or will it show you are open until you are really open on the 10th of January.DisappointedMerlyn
