Great Service. Getting new Brakes and Discs fitted.

1) I had my brakes checked at Supaquick in January. I was told only front brakes need to be done. Paid +-R1200 for front brakes. About a week or two later, the same braking noise started up again. I was scheduled for a service a week later. The service check indicated that front brakes were 60% and back brakes 10%.2) I hit a pothole in February just before the service. Went to Supaquick who banged out the dent in the rim and swapped the front and back left tyres. No charge - thank you. I forgot to mention the brake noise because I was focused on the pothole damage. I mentioned it after they had put the tyres back. Guy who did the work and front office lady were well you should have mentioned it before. Okay sorry for the inconvenience - so I said no problem will do it another time.The steering wheel continued to wobble so decided to go to Tiger Wheel, they checked all the rims, found that they were all slightly damaged, indicated that for those rims they could never get them 100% again. However they attempted to straighten all of them. It was 99% better than before.Needless to say wont be going back to SupaQuick.

This is a good place. The staff and their manager are all friendly. I took my car in for some service I thought was gonna cost an arm and a leg but it was very cheap and also advised me on the lots of things I didnt know about my car. I would definitely recommend this place any day... 😉

The technician kevin does not do a good job every time I came there he gave an excuse he cant sort my car out for alignment and I should come to him to fix it privately instead of going through supa quick but when I took my car to tiger wheel they assisted me and said everything is fine to do the alignment. Kevin is destroying supa quick cresta keep an eye on him.

So today on my way home from work my tire burst leaving me to drive incredibly slowly until I reach this Supa Quick, I was greeted by a very nice lady who was incredibly nice and helped me get the right tire for my car (they had to get it from the Supa Quick down the road) while waiting I pulled my car into the workshop where the guys at the back cleaned my wheels while they waited for the tire. As soon as the tire arrived they got it immediately and put it on the car within the time it took me to pay for the invoice, couldnt reccomend this tire place more all thanks to the amazing staff that works there! Thank you for making my day better after such a horrible start to the afternoon 🙂

The service received was very quick and friendly, and the advice was knowledgeable. They were also not pushy when it came to offering higher value tires, which is much appreciated. My new tires were fitted in a jiffy and I was offered tea or coffee twice whilst chilling out in the waiting area. Keep it up!

I had a knocking sound and a slow leak when I took my car last Thursday. It was test driven and I was told to come back to test shocks. Friday I returned. Same thing: test drive and I was told a stone was removed from the tread and all should be fine. Not so: Saturday morning my left ear tyre was flat and the knocking sound continued. Had the puncture repaired ELSEWHERE!!!Took my car to Tiger Wheel and Tyre who did a proper check, found the CV joint on front left wheel VERY loose. A quick job to tighten it properly and I can drive safely again.Based on my experience - rather go elsewhere because these people clearly do not care about your safety

I brought my car here to get the rear brake pads done up. This was soon followed by a clicking noise anytime I braked. I took it back and, because I got new tyres and the car vibrated, asked them to balance them as well.I left this place with my car still vibrating and the clicking noise still happening.I took the car to Jodys to check the suspension because of the vibration and they found that the car had been balanced incorrectly; something about being balanced as if it was a truck. It was smooth after Jodys looked at it.I took the car back to Supa Quick to inform them about what Jodys told me and I was told that theres no such thing and that all the people that have complained about this (meaning I wasnt the first) were misinformed. Unfortunately, my battery died while I was there so I had no choice but to get a new one from them (I hadnt noticed the TWT right in front of them).Then a friend and I decided to do my brakes ourselves only to find out that Supa Quick had put one of them on the wrong way around so a pin on the break pad was pushing up against the piston causing it to lift and drop, hence the clicking sound. We replaced the pads all around and the problem has been gone since.About 2 years later, the battery had, what my dealership called, a spectacular failure out of the blue causing the entire car to freeze up. It looked like my electronics were buggered, the car didnt turn over or anything. To fix this, they put in a new battery.I now avoid Supa Quick like the plague.

Great service. Took very long though as they dont have their own skimming equipment. We had to wait for someone to come and do the break skimming.

I dealt with a lady named Grace who helped me on the phone i asked her how much tyres were and if i could come past asap. She told me to came asap and when i got there she had not even ordered the tyres and the driver had not even left to go get them in fourways...I cant believe the service at this place. I also asked to speak to a manager and no one came and the lady took 35 min to tell me that the driver had been asked to go somewhere different. Even if they are cheap dont use them you pay for what you get...

Denny helped me find the right tyres for my budget and they replaced and aligned my tyres in 40 minutes. They even cleaned my squeaky brakes free of charge. Fast, efficient, friendly and reliable. 5/5 would recommend
