I went to AutoZone in Blackheath looking for a not so common car part - they did not have it in stock. A member of staff called Andrikus attended to me and promised he would source it for me. He called me after a few days to confirm he had found the part. When I went to collect, he went a step further and offered to fit it to the car at no extra cost. His approach throughout was more about giving quality service rather than the cost, and for this I thought I should put it out on this platform to recognise and appreciate this superb approach to business. He has won my loyalty for more business from him.

So today i went to Auto Zone for some car parts and i got the most excellent service. Andrikus was a huge help! He got me everything i needed and was so friendly. 10 out of 10 for such good service. I will most definitely come back.

Same great service as there branch in weltevreden park. Vince at weltevredenpark sold out on brake pads and called the cresta branch and they had stock so went and collected at cresta and my brake pads was ready on counter and was helped by one of there friendly salesmen and was on my way in less then 5min. Recomend these shops as the service is beyond great and staff friendly and value customers. The management and Owner know know doubt there stuff. Thanks Vince and Cresta guys.

Although not carrying the part I required quickly referred me to a branch in the vicinity. Assured me that they are only too happy to assist. This was all on a quiet Sunday morning. Awesome service at Autozone blackheath my vw polo was keep cutting off and didnt have enough power when accelerating. I tried for days trying to fix it and a buddy of mine said I should take the car there, within 5 to 10 minutes a guy by the name of Andrikus assisted and boom he said it was the coilpack and we got it replaced and the car works perfect, never thought a young gent would know so much about cars, guess his not in it just for the sales and its a passion.

Last week I stepped into Autozone Blackheath were a gentlmen by the name of Andrikus greeted me and helped me. I had an issue finding brake pads for my Kia picanto as nobody had stock. After he went out to have a look at my car he recommended me on changing my Brake discs as well, they were worn and making noise. Andrikus went out of his way to find me the brake pads. He gave me very professional service by assisting quickly and very promtly and I highly recommended using Autozone Blackheath. Thanks for the excellent service. I went to Autozone Blackheath where I dealt with a man called Andrikus. I asked for a specific item (engine oil). I was told its out of stock and will be delivered later that day.I went back the next day and I was told it hasnt still been delivered. I said fine I will be back in a few days. I go back to the store at the end of the week and Im told AutoZone Blackheath still does not have the item.I give Andrikus my details and he said he will contact me when the item is delivered. I wait a week and I get no response so I go to the store to see whats happening. When I arrive Andrikus says its still out of stock and tells me to give my contact details again. This was already a sign that Andrikus is unreliable.I give him the benefit of the doubt I wait another week and I again go the store to see whats happening. Now when I arrive Andrikus knew I was there and waiting for him yet he tries to avoid me. When I confront him he pretends to not know and says wouldnt this item work just fine as well? He knew I needed a specific item and told him that no other item will suffice. Disgusting behaviour! He then says to me, sorry it has been so busy and he will try to get the item I want. .I have not received a call until today. Andrikus is unreliable, dishonest and a complete idiot. He has wasted my time. I think what he has done is when the items are delivered he sells them to other customers disregarding the fact that he made a commitment with me.A complete waste of my time. This man is incompetent and should learn some business ethics!

Bought some wiper blades. Staff helped me fit them on site which was great. I checked them later as I was in a hurry and discovered that they didnt wipe the screen correctly. Went back to ask for a refund and the salesman was quite aggressive and didnt offer an apology for the shoddy products and suggested that I go elsewhere (As if I had come there to blame him personally for the poor quality parts). When I suggested he work on his customer service he shouted at me. I dont recommend going there, or if you do avoid the salesman and deal with the saleswoman, maybe youll have a more pleasant experience.

Great experience went there got helped by a guy there named Andrikus gave me right brake pads oil filter and Diesel filter after I had trouble with everyone else supling me with wrong parts everytime, didnt even need to bring in a sample.

If you require parts for your vehicle, Auto Zone Blackheath is a good place to start, not only did i receive excellent service, but the correct parts. Thank you Andrikus for your assistance
