Ive been living in Birchleigh for about 12 years and I love to se the place evole from a Pic n Pay and DvD rental shop to a full blown mini mall with everything youd need so please come and see for yourself how great the place is.

Great specials on verious products of all kinds of ranges with multiple pay points for shorter to no queuing.

Good service indeed, the only problem till operators stop breaking peoples marriages ,u r there to work not to serve your heart to married man, we love picknpay . Marriages are at stake because of some of u there, worse part u r familiar with the families buy there and u know their wives but u still go on and destroy the happiness of other people ,serve the community not your heart to married man. pick npay is not home affairs.

Great shopping experience.Convenient as well.Pick n Pay Birchleigh North has beautiful bread 🥪.Both white and brown bread is simply delicious 😋 which is rare for many Pick n Pays.I love this specific shops bread.Reminds me of a certain confectionery in Norwood

Totally not happy. Yesterday went to buy few things. Bought a cut pork pack (rather say it seemed as if it was cut)Only to realize they put a huge chunk without cutting it,the surrounding layer was as if it was cut.

Cheated me my change by giving me insufficient change. So annoyed. 🙄

Fowl smell from butchery and between isles previously had the bread and eggs... now they have juice cartons in that isle but still stinks ... terrible Muriel just terrible..

I am so disappointed with this pick n pay i always buy electricity using pick n pay voucher but today i was told i cant buy electricity with it why do issue the voucher cards if we cant use it on some other things what i dont understand is that you go to other pick n pays you are able to use your card on everything even the staff member who told me they dont use the gift card said it in a very rude way just train your staff on Customer service also

Busy .... long queues in social distances

We bought full cooked chicken at this Pick n Pay and it tasted like it was cooked days ago and heated over and over to fool customers into thinking it was fresh. The worst thing is it seems like they changed dates on the packaging. what else are they doing that we dont know about? Treat your customers with respect and sell them fresh stuff.

I bought chicken livers fresh as I see it but when I cook it yooo the smile I got it was not good very bad

It meets the standard of a typical grocery store, its really only convenient offering nothing special or unique

My grandmother is an elderly woman whos disabled. She lives with my 10 years old cousin. Every time she comes to PNP to withdraw her pension money she is told that they dont have money. I went with her today and I witnessed it. How can these cashiers expect elders to queue in the long ATM queues? Service in Tembisa is better than here!

I grew up using PNP as the closest shop at home and more convenient for my mother

Its were I do my grocery shopping,pay my account and easy safe to draw my cash from atm.I so love it alot....

Although refurbished the meat counter smells terrible, hygiene I therefore question. But the rest is your average franchise branch
