One star for wasting my time twice !! Both times I had to stand in the queue for self-medication and wait for my number to be called, numbers are being called but the customers aren’t there! The pharmacist wouldn’t or couldn’t assist me even though nobody was in front of me! I cannot believe the inefficiency of the ticket system and the total lack of disregard of customer’s time wasted. Today I was in Clicks to buy antihistamine cream but had to stand in a queue of at least 10, I asked a staff member packing shelves to assist, he went to find out if they had in stock but casually told me I have to queue up! I will not set foot in Clicks, Dihlabeng Mall ever again, the service is shocking to say the least. I would rather support a private pharmacy, where you are treated with professional service and respect!!!

The Chemist was very helpful and when he could not supply me with what I asked for he suggested a generic at a lesser price.

Prepacked medication takes just as long as normal medication or a script. I went to pay my prepacked medication and suddenly something was wrong. I was left at the till with no idea what is going on. Stood there way to long, I could have done my shopping... I left after 10 minutes and had to come back.Please get a better system, the one you have is not working. It should be quick to get your prepacked medication.

Always wait about 45 mimutes for script assistance. One pharmasist very opinionated and deliberately difficult every time. Manager not friendly nor can he resolve issues with poorly trained staff who have no interest in customer service. Lights are very hot at queueing point and blaring awful music right above ones head.....horrible all round!

Tends to get busy on weekends and during month ends. Friendly staff but the aisles are a bit narrow.
