No sanitizer at the door, just an old empty filthy dirty bottle. There is a sign at the door that says, please be nice because we have gone through a terrible time, which most of us have. Maybe if the lady behind the counter wasnt so unfriendly, miserable and short, people would be nicer. There is very little stock, a tiny cage with kittens in on the floor. Cant say Ill return.

The salesman were with us immediately, but three weeks later and we still did not get a call to say that our goods are delivered, its not good service.

I found the place too dark and maybe not well organized. I did not get what I was looking for. The staff are as helpful as they can be.

Paw pet are extremely professional. The staff is friendly and treat the dogs as if they are their own. This is the first time I am fully satisfied with the way my dog is groomed. Would most certainly drive all the way from Bloemfontein to support them again.

My pugs were in a cage for 5 hours when I sent them for grooming. They came back just with a bath done. I had to phone them twice to ask if my pugs were done. I will never ever make use of these people again!!!!
