Their service is very very poor, trying to call the switchboard they will put you on hold forever,when trying again they will hang on you.so I dont see a necessity of having a contact number, because its useless to us as clients

The people that are receiving calls are so unprofessional. One calls get transferred and only to be put on hold again and phone call dropped after waiting for 5 to 10 minutes to talk to someone. And this has happened multiple times.I should commend the way Ausi Sylvia assisted me.

Got to their offices 07:20 stood in the queue outside for the whole day.

Long cue with no counter working, theyre leaving 1 by 1 for lunch. Sat here for the whole 2 hours
