The best restaurant in Bethlehem. The food, the service, the best. Sorry for the low rate, it was an error, you definitely dont deserve that.

The menu has a good variety of food choices. Friendly staff and beautiful plates of food. Really nice tables settings and chairs with napkins. Cocktails and milkshakes both served in beautiful glasses. Definitely good value for money and a restaurant with personality.

Slow kitchen with disappointing food. Such a beautiful place, but such a let down.

Absolutely amazing. My husband had an emergency due to low blood sugars (he is diabetic) and the waitress was amazing. I asked her to quickly bring me coke and chocolates and she assisted immediately. Thank you so, so much for the amazing service.

The food was delicious but the service was horrible. The waitress was not too friendly. We actually ended up cutting our visit short because we didnt feel welcomed. Great atmosphere and setting though.

Excellent presentation, worst service Ive ever experienced. The waitress was very friendly, but her turnaround times were by far the worst, I arrived with my partner at approximately 18:40 and ordered our food which we only received at 19:55.

Very delicious food. They have amazing specials and are generally very affordable even though they have the feel and service of an expensive restaurant. They have a huge play area for kids and seating available outside for parents who needs a close watch while the children enjoy themselves at the jungle gym.

Geez... worst service, food was dryer then the Sahara. Had to take my fathers food for take away, as the waiter did not put hes order thru. Sticky toffee pudding was burned. Never again.

Very slow service. Only 4 guests in restaurant and still no service. Had to go and call waiter twice. We got food without the veggies and the hot dessert was cold and without the ice-cream. We ask for the rest of the food. The waiter did not notice that it was not there because he was fast asleep. I complained at the manager and he said sorry and that was the end of story.

Loved going there but the service today wasnt the same as always. Plates were cold. Waited 20+ minutes for our drinks, which were wrong when it arrived and had to wait another 10 minutes for the right order. Hope next time it will be better.

I recently visited the restaurant for the first time and expected much more, the atmosphere was good but the steaks could be better. Service from waitress wasnt good had to wait awhile for service. Over-all experience they wont see me soon.

After our last visit we were invited to visit again. The Managers were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was good, with all you can expect for breakfast.Being the dining room of the Casinos Hotel, I expected a little higher standard breakfast, that extra something special!?..I will visit again and cant wait to see your menu.

I order blue rare fillet wherever I go. I had one of the best quality, most professionally prepared meals I have ever had, right here!! Well done Chef.

Slow service. Food cold. Crackling was not crackling. Minestrone stew was not acceptable

What a horrible experience on a Sunday afternoonWe entered the restaurant with the hope to have a great meal.40 min later we still had NO foodOther than us (2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 7)There was ONE other table seated.When we finally complained after 35 min time (in which no service was given to ask if we need something or to give us an update on the food) the 2 kiddies meals arrived.The chips were both OLD like carbon paper and cold.We didnt even try the fish and calamari of the kids meals.The adult meals still was nowhere to be seen.1 village salad1 steak without bastingWe paid for the 3 x 500ml water we had and left.The waitress was super slow to attempt call the manager as we requestedWe went to hotel reception to ask why no manager came-to be told there is no managers on duty - only 1 supervisorWho also didnt show in a 5 min timeframeWe left.In the parking area the waitress and supervisor came to our car to say there is now a open table on the waitresses name. If we didnt like the food we should have said soWE DIDNT HAVE FOOD to complain aboutTruly shocking

No service maybe because all waiters standing in a coner and talking to each other. I stood up and looked for waiters they see me looking but rhen just continued talking. I walk out went to Spur.The place looked nice and clean

The menu has a good selection and the food is well prepared and served. The waiters are a bit a a let down and do not know the menu and can not answer questions with regards to the meals and how it is prepared.

Chicken burger is a huge bun with a tasteless, dried out piece of chicken, chicken salad consists of a small, dry morsel of chicken, an egg and 3 small lettuce leaves for R80!!! We waited about 2hrs for 6 burgers and a salad. At least the staff are friendly

I like being served Eeisben there, but after my recent experience there I will not entertain the place anymore. the service we were getting was not good at all, we bought a bottle of wine and then we had to ask for bucket of ICE and when it come it come in a glass. I mean like how can we drink warm wine. secondly we are still dining and then the waitress wants us to pay for our bill telling us that they are closing, Why not tell us you closing even before we sit down.? and the she ends up clearing our table even before we are done eating. Terrible service indeed

We enjoyed 2 fillet steaks that was done exelently and taste fullUnfortunately there was not sole available which my hubby ordered first.

Terrible service, a general dont care, no hurry attitude. Waited 45 minutes for breakfast. Our orders were mixed up. Quality of the food was SHOCKING. Definitely would not come back here.

Service is slow, I the grill closed while I was eating with friends and I was made to pay before we were done with out food. The staff even cleaned the place while we were there, the experience was not good. I will not be at the place anytime soon or ever.
