They deliver a good but slow service. They however have only 3 personnel I saw, so I had to wait quite awhile for my package to be boocked in. I feel i should have rather used Pep(they only ask R60).My parcel was tiny but I had to pay R100 but I guess its not too bad.

The worst customer service I have ever received! The staff have no interest at all in their customers. Extremely high prices and a rip off compared to other printing places in Bethlehem. Rather go to 3@1 printing shop in the Dihlabeng Mall - there you will get great service and prices

Friendly staff, always helpful and when I inquire Sarie will make an effort to provide information. Receive and send quite a few parcels and never have any complaints from me. Postnet can be proud of its Bethlehem staff.
