One of the best if not, the best.Friendly people who know how to serve the customers or maybe I was lucky to get that note of a service, I dont know.

So disappointed the oil they were used seemed like it had been used for more than a week, the meat was not crispy but soggy and tasted burnt. The gravy seemed like it was frozen and defrosted in a microwave.Definitely not going back.

The service is poor. We were traveling with a team of 25 boxers to Warden. We called ahead of time to make a arrangements. When we arrived there the morning to pay no one knew of the arrangements made. As we only needed the food in the evening. Ok fine so we paid and made a new arrangement that we will call when we leaving Wardenin the evening for them to prepare. When we call at 20:30pm to say we leaving Warden and they can strat to prepare. We were told the food has been ready since 19:30pm. I was very upset but had no other choice but to go pick up old food that had been standing for more than 2 hours when we arrived. No one was even interested in service when we arrived. Very poor customer service. There was no salt or tomato sauce in bags either.

The service was terrible, for a friday afternoon of the 15th when most of the people got paid only one cashier was working, waited in the queue for more than 10 minutes. I ordered 2 snack burgers the lettuce was brown instead of green and i had to remove it coz i couldnt eat that nonsense..

Horrible service. I placed an order. Waited exceptionally long. Our order was also made up completely wrong and our cold drinks werent to the package. I phoned to let the manager know, as we were only passing through.

After standing in a que for a while (understandably so), we are forced to stand and wait for our food. Why cant they sanitize after I stand up like other restaurants?

I actually went to Kfc about 30 minutes ago and I must say the service rendered to me was so horrible... I queued for like 10 minutes and the cashier wasnt there, others were busy helping customers who already bought and the ones using drive through simultaneously. The manager just stood there as if she wasnt and all she could do was to ask where is the person working as cashier for the day... She couldnt offer the solutions and she didnt even bother to explain or to even apologize. When the cashier came back, she looked angry and all she could ask for was the R2 for adding hope
