They not even worth a star. Its the most unprofessional and unorganized dealership I ever have to deal with. 2 weeks later and I still dont have my bakkie. I hope to hear from the owner or someone in a very high position. 😡😡😡😡😡 cause even the manager at the dealership is unprofessional and dropping BMW name to shame.

Helpful and friendly staff when BMW on call does not respond. A pothole just as you exit Bethlehem caused a loss of a 22inch tyre on my X6 on a Sunday. These tyres are not freely available Ruhan and Francois went the mile extra. The assisted with transport so that my family and I could return safely to Bloemfontein and ordered a tyre within a day. Once again thank you to BMW Bethlehem and Bloemfontein for outstanding service! You deserve a 5+!

If I could give a minus star I would. Pathetic management and horrible service from service department. If you work hard for your money, Dont waste your time with this place.
