They could improve on fresh food!!!I dont mind waiting & receiving fresh food but other than that the staff is awesome

Their service level drastically declined from a 10 to a 0. Something changed, but they say everything is fine, when I complained. Im done, wont buy there again.

Waiting time does not align with what they tell you. They told me to wait for my meal for 10 minutes which turned into 30 minutes and no apology or reason given

Its more safe know because theres a fence around KFC they still needy to close the corner at robot side quick service the gentleman the served us good keep up the good work drive tru quick and safe parking not to much but ok with me

Baddest service ever. Never get orders right and never have items available on menu

Management must just secure the the drive thru area, the beggers and unsavory characters are always hanging out by the paypoint window and it is so easy for they to just grab the cash or card from a too trusting client. Waiting period for drive thru is also too long we waited 33 minutes from the time we paid at the window to when food was delivered to our vehicle.

Terrible experience everytime i buy here, chicken seems to be dry and over cooked, i must always check if my order is complete because the staff keep forgetting to give me a complete order. Would not recommed this kfc or buy here again.

Its a convinient location if youre shopping at the mall here, I wasnt very impressed with the staff and atmosphere around it though.Their food is good however, probably even one of the best KFCs Ive been too on that regard.

Hi. Firstly I didnt want text you guys but on numerous time we always experience a sour taste. Its either they wrong orders or something must be short. Then I have to hop in 🚙 anddrive to kfc but this I time around I have go inside even more but of PTSecondly they loud and unprofessional when deal with customers. Its stink. Cheers.

The customer service at this kfc was terrible. At most kfcs you as customer can ask which pieces of chicken u want, but not here. The staff would belittle u. Also they still dont have instore dining available and its been this way since last year 2020 when level 5 was implemented. Not a happy customer! Would not recommend 😕

On saturday my boyfriend and I bought the kentucky for TWO only to get home and realize we were given only ONE chips instead of TWO. Last night we were given cooldrink and to get home and realize we werent given any straws. -Poor customer service. Even if you make use of drive thru you will be asked to wait for wings/chicken.

The service was great and very quick.

Terrible service.... was absolutely not that busy the time food was ordered.... got it cold as well, bare in mind, used the drive thru.... still had to wait in the parking lot for our food.... will not be making use of their services again..

The service is quick and efficient. Ones order is clearly displayed on the screen and can be gauged when your order will be ready. They have seating to eat in store and restrooms for those have to wash your hands after a scrumptious meal.

I practically live on their doorstep but whenever i order from Cleary park there is some delay or problem.... I can go anywhere in PE or Uitenhage and i will have no issues but again tonight i seem to always try to give them a second change but they keep disappointing me... I believe in supporting locally but No it really spoils the appetite and mood when you come through a drive trough and it is not hassle and wait free Ai.... While i can understand when its not month end that you wont anticipate peak... Then when they bring my order to the car its short and they dont have what i ordered 😭😭😭

There food is never fresh including there chips and there chicken is dry the use old oil to make there food in you can taste it. Sp if you have money to waste go buy by them.
