Hlalanathi lodge is the good place to chill. It has good food and staff is friendly.

First impressions count and the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The chalets are large and roomy with lovely views of the and valley below. Within a few minutes we spotted several rhino, giraffe and gazelle below us as well as several raptor.

Site worth visiting if you are tourist and a nature lover.

If you are looking for the dramatic shape of the Drankensberg 🗻, then you are not lost.

It is situated in the Northern part of the Drakensberg Mountains, in a small farming town(Bergville). Besides it being a rural area, it is a great place for tourists, as it has some historic features... Such as ancient rock paintings, the Tugela river begins right there in the mountains, Theres a number of known Hotels in an around... The Carven, Mount-aux sources, Alpine Heat, The Cathedral Peak Hotel, Hlalanathi Camp Site, The Little Switzerland etc. Theres even a National Park for all your nature reserve.
