Friendly staff and always very helpful

Good tobacconist. Very friendly. Very good service that you wont usually find at a tobacconist.

Terrible service , bought a hookah pipe which was faulty. Returned it to them and they said they will have a look at it , they had it for one week and they said that theres nothing wrong with it. Its still at no use to me cause its faulty and can be harmful. They refused to give me a refund or exchange for another pipe.

Rather close the store. Seems like they not interested in doing business.Its now 15.10pm. sign on door says , will be back at 3pm. Seems like the manager of the store has better things to do , than to stand behind the counter
