Customer service is of utmost importance. Waited for almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I had to go to the salesperson. Some staff where busy on their cellphones. I purchased from Pulse tiles 2 years ago nd received excellent service. This time I decided not to buy anything.

Great store for showers, tiles, and bathroom fittings. Very well priced. There is safe and easy parking and pick up of items purchased. The staff member who assisted us, Aldon, was very helpful and assisted us with answers to our queries without hesitation. The cashier was friendly and efficient. The guys at the dispatch who also very efficient. All in all a very good experience here.

My visit to this business establishment was not for the purchase of tiles, whilst I waited for my appointment, i observed the fantastic staff tending to the needs of every customer that entered.Patience, efficiency, product knowledge , courtesy and the best possible advice was given by the numerous salespeople on the floor to their respective customers .The layout of the showroom was excellent, with wide passageways, appropriate segregated sections for different sectors. Fashionable and absolutely remarkable home decorating ware available.The place is well lit, with ample natural light and showroom lights as well.Parking is convenient, with a guard on duty, easy access to the showroom.I know where to return to when I start renovating my home!!!

Excellent parking. Feel safe and calm when entering. There is a salesman greeting you and willing to help you throughout your visit. I was attended to by three salesmen and they did work hard to allow me to see what they had. the range was very nice and prices fair. Unfortunately, lots of the items I liked they didnt have on stock because of international issues shipping. the show room was clean and had very nice ideas.

Walked around for about 30 min looking at tiles, no one offered any assistance. Ended up purchasing from a different store that offered a much more pleasant experience.

Pulse tiles is terrible in quality...I bought proper grade 1 tiles porcelain and it was the worst I have ever bought with chips on the edges, I will never buy from this place again, will stick to malls next time as its to late the tiles are on the floor already...quality very disappointed...actually a rip of to pay so much and they selling you 2nd grade stuff

The most helpful and friendliest staff especially Steven Moodley he is definitely the most professional and knowledgeable rep . And goes the extra mile. Dont fall for this scam. Ive been to all 3 of the stores, porcelain for R49.90 is small squares of ugly tiles that you dont want. The mosaics for R9.90 are plastic peel and stick mosaic for walls, not for shower floor and bathroom, ceramic floor tiles are R34.90, theyll act like youre mad and they dont know where u heard it from or its sold out and show you another option which is R55 per square meter that will only be available in one design.Basin in the advert is not the one for that price, theyll show you a small basin thats the size of a kitchen dish and you cant use it coz its not practical.I was highly disappointed and really extremely annoyed to learn about the false advertising as even the sales person in all 3 stores all said more or less the exact same words, we are not in charge of the advertising, pulse advertises just to attract the customers and once the customers are in the store and made the trip they are guaranteed to take something.

Zero customer service, zero professionalism, zero honesty, if you want lies and excuses go here. They take your money and then make you beg for your goods, when it arrives its not what you ordered. The worst experience of mu life

Had to wait for a manor mishap.my tiles were out of stock only 8 boxes left on floor. Salesman noticed that they are low on Stock and tried speaking to the Manager who paid no attention and I had to wait. Later to be told to drive down to dispatch and collect my unfinished order.thanks to the dispatcher it was quick and had to go back to the salesman who was with another Client and show my angry 😡 face and he got up and a to Pulse in Morrison Road and I had to drive to Morrison road to collect the rest of my Tiles.

Really bad service. they dont have spares for the Aircons that they sell. The Manager doesnt take your calls or even call you back after leaving 10 messages. I will never buy a Aircon from Pluse as there is no aftermarket service.

Yes service and price was amazing. I have noticed a very big change with the attitude of the Staff from sales to dispatch all jacked up.Most important all will to assist the customer. I being shopping there earlier this was very poor service. I think the new manager Shoube is amazing.

Waited for my tiles that was to delivered by 09h00 until 09h30. I Contacted the store and Rochelle said that she would call me back, she never did. After two further attempts to call her, I requested to speak to a supervisor and was directed to imaam. Imaam advised that there was a breakdown with the truck and that I should receive my tiles by 12h30. I explained that no one bothered to advise me of this neither did Rochelle advise me about the truck. We now have our tilers to pay as I cannot penalise them. At 12h30 I called the store and was told that the truck is on its ways. How true this is we will wait and see... Surely a courtesy call to customers to rate satisfaction levels will assist this store to address ineffeciencies of this nature. As contractors, time is money and we know have to absorb costs and lose a day of production.

HiLast November pulse had the Black Friday , And  I went an bought a bathroom combo deal for my moms house from them. When I finly got around to putting it and one the glass the one shower doors broke , I tryed calling the store to for some help ,but the sales man that help me on that day  said that hell will get back to me with one door and  never did ,I had to keep calling the  store again & again then he told me he forgot about it ,an that hell  call me back and never did return the call , So I ended up calling again !!! Then he said he got a glass but no  price, he then  said hell call me back the next day , never ended up calling again so I had to call back , for him to tell me he dnt have the right glass an that there is no glass for that shower corner door 👿, IF THATS HOW YOULL TREAT CUSTOMES !THATS VERY BAD AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NO HELP WHAT SO EVER !!!!!!

Service before you buy is quick helpful and efficient.... Once you have made a purchase is when service becomes lower grade..... You are required to take your invoice to the dispatch area where everyone is helter skelter.... I had no idea what to do, who to approach, had to keep on ducking from forklift that was bringing in pallets of good from the same entrance..... It was a nightmare.... I waited 30mins to retrieve something much smaller than the trolleys of tiles that were coming out.... Did not appreciate the service here at all
