Really good service and my shoes are spotless again

Totally disappointed with the workmanship. My sneakers look a tad bit damaged and I had anticipated otherwise.Won’t be bring shoes here. 😩

The staff were generally nice.My shoes were cleaned reasonably well, but I wasnt notified when they were ready, I had to call to check after a little over week.

Youth and female owned small business, I was very surprised. I was able to book an express service and got my shoes in a few hours. When i went in, i expected a dirty space and to my surprise, the store is clean, well organized and two pleasant young men who helped me with a smile and suggested that i refurbish my shoes the next time i come in. I am definitely going back!

My takkies are washed perfect all the time

The owner Melo has such a bad attitude. The service and quality of work has really shot down. I used to recommend this business to so many people, but now I would never bring any of my shoes back and direct people away from this business. Really poor treatment of customers at this establishment. Never even bother to waste your time.

My shoes came back clean but i noticed morethan a week later that my tekkies were not the ones i sent for cleaning. I sent VANS and they returned a wrong pair. I tried calling them but their line was on hold the whole time until i gave up and wore them.

Took my shoes there on friday morning. I desperately needed them at lunchtime, I was charged R50 extra for Express service and they delivered on time! Dry and good to go. I was impressed and would recommend highly them

TERRIBLE workmanship quality. There’s glue squeezing out everywhere, bottom of the sole still loose and when I asked for it to be fixed, I got told that it’ll cost R60 to fix THEIR incompetence of doing what you’re paying for. STAY AWAY!! DIY will be cheaper with better results.

Very poor workmanship/service. Various problems encountered. First I was given the wrong shoes back, then upon receiving the correct shoes, I noticed untidy workmanship. When I asked that this be rectified, my shoes were deliberately cut in less visible areas. Its been a few months already and I am yet to receive joy.

My shoes were not done properly and were sent back to the shop. After a more than a month they were still not corrected. The owner is extremely rude. I took my shoes in that condition. Terrible service and owner was not taking the responsibility.
