Im changing my ratings. Friendly staff, they have many products available. Im rating only 3 stars because they overcharged me for an aquarium complete with all the things needed or so I was told. the prices for the fish were really expensive as well as the staff told me I needed a pump and heater ect. only months later due to lockdown Id found a pet store closer to me actually and Id seen their prices were much much cheaper the same fish were half the price at the other store and I was very upset after speaking of the type of fish I have to find out those fish didnt need the pump or heater for them. It was for my childs birthday so we took him to the shop to choose and I think this is why we were taken advantage of. After specifically saying I dont want tetra fish the guy still put tetras with my other fish. They all chased the other fish and nipped them killing them. I feet ripped off because it was our fist tank and gadgets and fish and everything and we actually had to wait a week and return there due to costs and so we could get everything and we had to set it up 2 days before then finally going to get the fish. Also the sizes of these fish were so so tiny. I never knew all this until Id visited the other store and since since then I dont visit this store. They took advantage of my ignorance and my expenses at this store amounted to more than double it would have at any other store. Ive also learnt a lot since this now and took it upon myself to know all these things so I wouldnt be deceived so easily again

Best pet shop. Clean, organised, loads of interesting pet products and gifts. Perfect for people who really love to spoil their pets. They also have a cool pop up market (with all sorts on sale - not just pet goodies) on certain weekends. Definitely worth a visit.

Great pet supply store all you need rite there

This place was absolutely amazing. Their main focus is fish care and they take proper care of their fish. They had an amazing range of fish species and the most wonderful aquascaped aquariums.

They were very helpful and had just what I wanted.

Recently got back into aquarium keeping and Gray has been awesome. Really helpful, knowledgeable and always take the time to sort you out. Good variety of fish. Could have more wide range of aquarium products as the big brands are a scent - I know they are expensive but for some equipment one is willing to pay that little extra i.t.o quality.Grays willingness is however the cherry on a very good cake!!!! Even phoned my the morning after I bought my first fish from them to hear if all was well...Thank you guys. You make this great hobby even better.

Definitely one of the best Pet shops in the Durbar area, I regularly visit the store and to date have never seen any sick or suspect animals. The store is always well stocked and clean. I Wish other pet shops would go take a look at Pet professionals fish tanks and see what and how clean and healthy tanks looks like. Great work ladies and gentlemen, keep up the great work !

Spoke to a very bubbly lady on the phone. Having never been to this petshop. Arrived with great expectations of buying loads of fun stuff for mydogs. I entered and the lady behind he counter gave me a nod, I sort ofhung around viewing the stock, hoping she might ask if I needed help.NONE was forthcoming. So went around the shelves found the bag of dogfood I needed, dragged to the till, I did ask the lady if they carriedanything for giant breeds. She seemed totally disinterested that I mighthave a giant breed dog. It was the most uncomfortable shoppingexperience where it felt like I was invading her space and she was doingme a favor. I tried supporting my local shops, but I will never set footin THIS store again.I much prefer the Bluff pet shops where they greet you with a smile, makeyou feel welcome, and will even help, get all your purchases to the car.

I love the vibe here ,esp the parrot who interacts with the staff and customers. They have a little of everything ,even supplies for exotics like hedgehogs and chinchillas.We recently shopped for doggy stuff.This place makes me wish to have more pets.☺
