Poor quality materials used in the construction of the unit.Contractors involved in the building were informal and this caused entire ceilings to collapse , leak and so on.very deflective towards compliance etc.labor regarding the construction of the building & upkeep are foreigners do not follow any process , during covid , there were multiple occupants of the building infected with covid , however no social distancing measures were implemented , nor is there any process of screening the traffic that comes in and out of the building.in three years almost every major fitting in the apartment had failed.- DB BOARD SWITCH-GEYSER-ALMOST ALL CUPBOARD DOORS- CERTAIN TENANTS BEING MOVED OUT COMPLETELY DUE TO A ROOFCOLLAPSING.- THE CEILING RANDOMLY STARTS LEAKING WATER- PLUG POINTS BECOMING LOOSETruly the worst value for money you can ever ask for

Seems like the owners are even more unprofessional. To allege personal grievances but since you openly have stated that its a personal grievance then why is that since bringing to your attention water leaks that have been happening in the last week no one seems to provide feedback. I send pictures no one responds. Last night I had a number of leaks pictures sent but no response or apologies or what will you guys be doing to sort out the leaks. So now where does my personal grievances fall. Seems like unprofessionalism runs deep...
