The staff attitude towards customers, on several counts nogal, very disappointing.

I see that am not the first victim of rude treatment at this pharmacy - had a quick look at earlier reviews.Speaking (and raising your voice) to me like I am a piece of rubbish is not good for me or you - try politeness and be helpful even if is not in your nature.WILL NEVER GO BACK! And very few of those I know will either after I tell them of my experience there.

Ive always been ordering.its disgusting to know how we the customers get treated .the Indian ladies are rude and arrogant thinking that they pay for my stuff.i called to order few items today she leaves the fone aside and says I quote this annoying lady keeps fonin to order. Then she comes back online n ask what I want.they think they own the pharmacy. Now I will take my business to anther pharmacy.. owner of Glenwood you should advise your staff they get paid by our support .

Despite previous bad reviews nothing has changed. Arrogant, rude, unfriendly, inefficient totally lacking in compassion or customer skills.The customer is always wrong according to them - its their way or the highway.They may have customers who never complain, because a lot of customers have a low self worth and dont know that they deserve to be treated with respect and appreciation.
