Great value for money. At R10 an hr, R70 for the week and 200 for the month with no joining fee or fixed contract. Gym is a bit small and equipment is a bit old. Times are also limited...closed from 12pm to 3pm and then at 8pm. Opens at 8am so probably wont get that pre work workout, nor weekends as they are also closed.

Its a very good gym,good space,good equipment and good service

Love the morning classes with Shazz on a Tuesday and Thursday.
