This is a lifetime experience. Here you find everything you need in one place. I love the fact that the amount that you have paid includes all the basics of a perfect holiday: accommodation, food, coffee/tea/juice, entertainment, use of the gym, jacuzzis transfer to the island. Theres a separate place for kids. Food is always available whenever you need something to eat. For relaxation you can be at the pool area or at any of the lounges. Theres no dull moment in the MSC Cruise holiday.

Friendly staff which are helpful but need an upgrade regarding space and modernize the place to deal with amounts of clients they see. Need a proper reception area. Make it a proper service centre for MSC as they are providing a service.

I have have been there on several occasions one being yesterday (26/09/2018), and the staff is amazing. They are forthcoming and very much dedicated to the work they do. Keep it up guys!
