Extremely dissatisfied with service and in processing claims. They are very delayed and unprofessional.I put a claim thru on the 7 October then 10days later after enquiring they cant find the claim, resent then needed new form to be filled, then they send a negative feedback but makes NO SENSE.My Details: N NaidooI have doubts as to whether one should use them for the future
