Horrible service. If you need electricity in an emergency situation these guys are useless. Cant even arrange to buy the prepaid via banking apps. Nobody ever answers the phones and even when they do the employees have a nasty attitude both over the phone and in person at the overport branch. Thoroughly dont recommend these people!

To the gentleman that says these guys are bad. You can buy the coupons in advance, buy more when you have less left. I had a similar issue and also was advised that the meter can be put on easypay on request. Just my 2 cents, moved to ims from another company and i am totally satisfied, the people are pleasant to deal with aswell. Will be doing more meters with them soon
