Quite a far drive in and roads are not lit well. Narrow and dark. Would not recommend going there in the night. Complex itself looks very neat and clean from the outside. Well lit and has security. The area around it however is not good nor does it feel safe.

Its a great place to stay in because its safe and clean and I think its good for young couples who are starting a life together but I wouldnt recommend it for people with kids because they dont want kids to play around which doesnt make sense because the place doesnt have a playground for kids and you cant lock the kids in the house the whole day,

It is a great apartment block, divided into three areas, each area has it own pool and 24 hour security. It a very good, cleaning and a quiet place for family with kids. Situated in a area that is very close to Overport city, Musgrave center, florida road and Windermere center. If you have kids you can chose from a number of schools around the area

Great place for a small family or a couple, or a single person.

Peacefull and beautiful town houses,surrounded my tress and far from the cbd (meaning theres no noise). Taxis dont normally reach there- meaning no uninvited visitors😊
