Fast and friendly service. Always a pleasure to deal with the people at the service centre

I sent a UPS in for repairs, I had to call all the time to get updates. No one bothered to call me. I had eventually had enough. I asked to collect my stuff. When I went to collect the unit was not assembled and they scrambled to put it back together while I waited. I sent an extra board in to assist with the repairs. They produced a different board. I told them it wasnt mine, they eventually found the correct board. When I got home and opened the UPS, I found 2 of the 6 batteries I had installed in it were still there. The other 4 batteries were not the same brand, and were crystallized and dead. I went the very next day and queried the missing batteries. Gerald had no interest in resolving my issue. My advice, stay far away from G N Electronics. There are many other electronics repair shops who are more reliable, professional and wont steal your stuff.
