Very poor customer service! They dont even communicate well with their clients, always promising lies! They never answer their phone, if they do then its a lucky day! Never respond to their Whatsapp, dont know why they have it. Still waiting for my deposit money to be returned, they alway have excuses. And their manager is always not around when you ask to speak to him/her! Dont think Ill ever use them again. DBN Branch, is the worst!

Not impressed with the customer service. The manager Asiwe is very rude and unprofessional. She sent me a very rude whatsapp message which she later deleted. Still waiting for my refund of R900.00 from December 2020 until now. Instead; i have always been taken from pillar to post with no assistance. Always have to explain my matter from scratch. They do not even have record of incidents etc. Will never recomnend silo bride to anyone. The worst institution ever

Durban branch I am also one person who isnt impressed about the service that we paid forwe hired white (BRIGHT) peplum mini skirts but recieved cream looking skirts not the ones that we had seen. 2 of those skirts had black stains that coldnt be ignored as a results those skirts ended up not being used and we had paid for them.the beads they gave us some had very short stings to tie.the beads that run along the bra line were not uniform as we had wantedthey were uneven some only 1 was correct the rest was just ridiculous.all in all very poor service that we paid full amount for.

Silo Brides, steel Road,windermere Durban branch is disappointing. Its a long story but the short of it is that they didnt deliver on their word. We went to see them in March due to lockdown in August we paid deposit to secure our December booking.When it was time for fitting and collecting they didnt hv the traditional outfit that they agreed to offer us, they had a lot of stories about the attires , we asked them to show us the already made tradditional attire similar to wat we want they said no the attires are out with the other customers at the moment you must come back we will call you. The only call that I received from the is when they request the balance of the money, I was so angry how come they call me for money kodwa they promised to call me to see the dresses that I want then Ill pay the balance. We called them back the next day they said no we couldnt get the material you wanted. I was fuming because the day before that I was in their offices to give them Measurements for my kids they ddnt tell me about the material Andile is the person I spoke to. Owk i decided to take anything that they have to match my original idea , owk i saw the green Zulu skirt with the black top when I asked the for that attire they said no we only have 1 skirt in our DBN branch the most of the things are in JHB. We finally decided we want our money back 2days before the wedding so that we can go find plan B. They gave us cash. I feel like their business is based on ideas which is false advertising (baAdvertiser izinto abangenayo) if Benazo they should specify which branch enakho ngoba kuyafana uthi uya eGoli bathi eGoli ziseDbn uthi uya eDbn bathi asinazo ziseGoli huuuuu sheik ngiryt ngSilo wat a beautiful advertisement ofwhich is false advertising with no Customer service.They do not respect their customers, they lie too much and all of them its like they are trained on lies.They are arrogant and they are so unprofessional . Silo Brides, on 120 Ostrich Road,Randburg Joburg branch is disappointing. Its a long story but the short of it is that they didnt deliver on their word. We went to see them in October and paid deposit to secure our December booking. We paid the rest of the money in November. When it was time for fitting and collecting they didnt have Zulu outfit, they had a lot of stories about attires being in their KZN branch. They did nothing to assist us even when they realised there was confusion about the order we placed. Basically, Londiwe who is said to be the owner did not try to assist us even when we spoke to her over the phone. We finally decided we want our money back a day before the wedding so that we can go find plan B. She deposited the money back instantly. I feel that as a business they do not respect their customers, they lie, they cannot handle multiple orders during the peak of wedding season, they are arrogant and they are so unprofessional. I do not recommend them especially inJoburg because I think they prioritise the KZN branch more than the Joburg one.
