Really awesome, forgot my camera battery had died, on the day I would be needing it. Took it in, and they gave it a full clean up service, and my 3 lenses. Bought a battery and card. Without them, would have missed the photos of Addo.

If I could give 10 stars I would I am a firm believer of giving credit when it is due! To my knowledge Photoquip has always been first in EL when it comes to cameras and photographic goodies for the fundees and fanatics!(I am no photographer) I was never aware of their printing services and the quality of said service! After a shocking experience across the way at Pollocks it was good to see that some local EL business still place great pride in serving their customers!The staff were super helpful even though I had an iphone, the young guy that served us was super accommodating, friendly and tolerant of our our technical questions! I was even tempted to place an order for canvas printing after seeing amazing samples of their work on display.One had a sense of community and warmth of a small business that has not lost touch with its roots! Hands on leadership with what I presume being both the owners working side by side with the general store staff. While waiting I experienced one of them going out of their way to assist a customers with a new camera.The chit chat between customers and shop representatives was awesome it reminded me an old market place, the shop was alive! It gave me great pride knowing that there are still people that care for one another and treat humanly in this world! East Londoners can be proud to have a place like Photoquip we will be back next time we visit

I loved photoquip because of the friendliness from the staff the moment I walked in. As Im trying to see up my own studio, I was assisted with everything I needed, and even educated on better alternative to my equipment. If youre an analogue photographer looking for film to be developed, dont bother. And if youre looking to purchase film, youve come to the wrong place. For East Londons premium photography store Im extremely disappointed. Dissmisive service, wont be coming back.
