Inefficient, Tardy, Food was Deplorable..Pizza base was raw and doughy...waterlogged and unappetising...businesses with these standards lose customers incredibly quick.. I will never visit them again..i appeal to customers not to be hoodwinked into accepting substandard service and food..It isnt for free so make certain you question what you receive...

Definitely enjoy having pizza here with the extra cheese. Very tasty with enough additional garlic, chilli and parmacheese to add that extra zing. Hot and cold beverages. Enjoyable for all, with things to keep the kids busy. Wheel chair friendly, and toilets nearby which are also wheelchair friendly. Great service from staff and can have lunch within an hour.

Customer service was fairly good, not too certain about waiting times as I didnt pay attention to that. The Mexican breakfast pizza was average, nothing to write home about as it was extremely sweet. The Panarottis in Gateway seem to have gotten the mix just right with this dish! The breakfast itself was alright, the Mrs wasnt too thrilled about it. I liked the bacon though, was done really nicely with a good smokey flavor.Overall, 3 stars as the taste experience wasnt great. We both preferred the Panarottis in Gateway as the food was a lot tastier. (Forgive the poor image quality, my phone was on the fritz).PS. The look and feel of the restaurant was quite nice, very chilled.

I ordered 3 pizza and the place was quite. I could hear all the clutter at the rear end of the restaurant.. No sIt in at level 4.I pleaded with the cashier to please ensure that every precaution is made so that the pizza is not contaminated.When i got home i was livid to see how poor, tastless and worthless the pizza was. Was extremely dry, barely any fillings. I was confused as to what i received. Saucy chicken dry, sweet chillie dry. Few pieces of chicken scattered. Absolutely no pride😵. MUSGRAVE PANAROTTI SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED DOWN

My first experience of Panarottis was the worst and I will not be going back. The pizza we had lacked flavour & seasoning. I think the food lacks imagination. The chicken & mayo pizza is horrible, it should not be served. The chef needs to scrap it and rethink the idea. The waitron had friendly service.

Very unhappy with the service I have received today. Pizza base was uncooked, doughy and dry at the same time. Customer service was pathetic and manager was unaccommodating.

I am fairly new to Panarottis, I enjoyed the pizza (even if I realised later I am allergic to garlic). Very tasty, the Tuesday special is absolutely awesome. I would definitely recommend going there on a Tuesday if you a little short on cash but still want awesome pizza. The Thursday special I couldnt take as I have allergies so I wouldnt recommend taking the special if you allergic to most foods. The pizza I had were chicken and mushroom and the chicken sweet chilli and feta.

I ordered breakfast, the cheese grillers and bacon we offish and had a slight smell, I informed the waitress who then came with feedback from the manager saying that the food was fresh and there was no such thing, I requested her to call the manager and a guy by the name of Mluuh came to our table and he said exactly what the waitress had said and that it could be because Im not used to panarrotis food, I told the guy its not my first time visiting panarrotis another manager came when he heard d this conversation and said he was going to check in the kitchen but he took long so we left, worst experience😕😔

Enjoyed the Thursday special on the pizza, eat as much pizza as you want. Had my birthday dinner there, plus the song from the staff was awesome!!!

Food was absolutely fantastic as usual.Pity the service was so slow - went for the pizza special on Wednesday and only had pizza come to our table 4 or 5 times within half an hour... Unfortunately not the way to do a bottomless special. I still recommend their food if ordering straight off the menu.

Poor Service and ManagementPanarottis MusgraveDate: 18 November 2020Time: 20:22I placed an order through Uber Eats at 18:00. I received a wrong order. Luckily I checked it in front of the driver and I could see it wasnt my order. I immediately called and requested them to change it, so the driver took it back. Its 20:22 now (more than 2 hours later) and I still havent received my order. What makes it even worse is that I gave them my contact details and they havent called me and theyre not picking up the phone when I call them. Bare in mind Im at work and my family is expecting me the pizza at home.I dont know whether I have been scammed or what! Absolutely poor service!

Service was substandard. Food, also average. Mr at the front tells me i cant cancel an order because its already been placed, saw this as strange after he couldnt give me a slip to prove the purchase. Not happy. Its a pity, cause i was hoping my food would taste good, after the below par customer service, but nope, the food is not at all tasty.

Panarottis food is tasty. The pizzas taste almost homemade.Slindile, our waitron was smiley and courteous, and gave good recommendations.We enjoyed the saucy chicken, and 4 cousins pizza. The Al Capone is spicy, but not too hot.The lasagna was small but good and has lots of sauce.We will definitely come back again.There is a childrens play area at the back.

Had lunch here. Have not visited this shopping center in a long time but was on holiday so decided to drop in. The place is definitely not what it was back in the day. The seating was grimy as well as the cutlery and glasses. Waitress was friendly. Food was ok.

The food was decent but service was really slow. Just popped in before a movie and ended up waiting almost 30min just for the drinks to arrive (and it was pretty empty so they werent particularly busy).

Love going to Panarottis for the pizza breakfast, with scrambled eggs bacon mushrooms and tomatoes. Yummy.

The service was fine but I really didnt enjoy the vegan pizza. They put too much cheese on it and the chicken replacement was not nice at all - it was mushy, smelled and tatsed weird. Would rather go to the Panarottis on Durban beach front, their food was much nicer.

Filthy wine glass. One of the waiters smelling absolutely disgusting. The branch has a lot to work on. Manager did apologize and supposedly spoke to staff. I definitely wont be visiting this restaurant any time soon.

Recently took the family for breakfast. Our waitress Nhlanhla was absolutely amazing. She was pleasant and always had a smile. We ordered the Mexican pizzas for breakfast which came piping hot to our table. However I have to say the pizza was not as good as the panarottis in greenstone mall (jhb). The topping lacked flavour and did not have much cheese. Nevertheless I would definitely still visit this panarottis again due to the excellent welcome we received.

Service is not the best, they have good pizza and their low carb base is quite good. Kiddies area is available though small.

It was quite average... and expensive... the waitress should not keep disappearing... It was not busy... Spur was busy... The restaurant is very conveniently placed... The pasta portion was quite decent, but was somewhat tasteless despite being overloaded with peppers... salt comes in handy! It wasnt a bad experience, would I dine there again?... perhaps yes, but not for a while. I would choose something else next time
