I have recently went for 5 laser fraxel treatment n im sad to say that its a did more harm then good because it caused me to have breakouts n the acne scarring seem to be looking much bigger then wat it was n im so disappointed . My acne breakout startied happening only when the level of each session was going higher , n i expected reults that my acne holes will close but it looks bigger and i wish i never tried fraxel laser and would not recommend it

I am very disappointed with my latest experience. On monday 27th July 2020 i messaged Durban Cosmetic laser centre on their business WhatsApp regarding my blemishes and asked if someone could recommend a product that would help me. I was told that someone would get back to me, its been 3 days now and no one has bothered. I also asked for a product that was out of stock (the Neostrata daily peel pads) i was informed that someone would notify me when they are back in stock. Today Thursday 30th July I enquired about the product again to find out that it has been restocked, with a price increase an no one bothered reaching out to me.Durban Cosmetic laser center is a 5 minute walk from my house and I was very excited to have great skincare so close by but after this experience I will be spending my money elsewhere

I went for the peel late in May 2018My skin is improved. The ladies are amazing,very friendly and do follow up.Today I rushed from work to buy a cream and I was 5 minutes late due to traffic and already closedI called and asked if there is at possibilities of being assistedThe lady at reception was still in office she allows me to come in and I bought my staffI was overwhelmed with the service todayDefinetely will continue using them and refer more clients.

Worst experience of my life ive spent almost 3k and the laser has not worked since day one my hair has grown back the next day after laser and i know this is not how laser works as i have previously been for laser. Ive been an unhappy client since the first day and raised this with the owner Debbie. She offered me no solutions and basically wasted my time and refused to give me a refund despite the treatments not working and she has not been helpful but rather arrogant. She then scheduled an appointment with me and did not attend the meeting, she has not followed up with me and refuses to meet again. Very very unprofessional and disappointing for the amount of money I have spent and I deeply regret purchasing so many treatments at once. I would definitely say find another laser clinic as the owner is arrogant and will not assist you should she be challenged she has wasted all my money and ive met many people who have said the same and some action needs to be taken against the clinic.

My daughter and I booked a peel. We were greeted with no smile from the Receptionist. Knowing that work is being done on the wood bora, customers should be informed of this before hand. The room was not prepped being the only one available. Our beauty therapist was really lovely however the entire peel process wasnt smooth and professional as we would have hoped. It was disappointing paying that amount of money as there were critical details missing. Its a pity as the clinic itself and the owner seem to be flawless but the staff are a let down.
