Absolutely disgusting service from the staff member at the desk assigning which counter you are meant to go to. She made every posisble excuse to avoid dealing with an issue caused by a failure of Nedbanks system. The person outside the bank dealing with customers prior to them entering was wonderful and sincere. Seems like it might be a good time to change banks.

Incredibly long wait times, outside the branch. Employees are seemingly not interested in serving their clientele.

The service in this place is poor, I was in a queue for more than 30 minutes. Not that there were many people or the staff inside is busy, they just chill inside and keep people waiting outside, thats not fair. Even if its lunch time, some must work, while others eat. The next thing an Indian lady will come inside and call someone who is at the back of the queue to go inside, just because she is Indian. Those infront must wait, I dont know if its about race or what.

I started banking with Nedbank when I was at campus, in 1999.Nedbank gave me my first paying job then too, delivering newspapers to students.When ever I walk into Musgrave Branch, the staff make me feel like u a real person, not a ticket in a queue!!Well done to rhw team for their consistent brilliant service to me for 22 years!!Ras
