Professional, caring institute.

The owner, a Mr Douglas Fortune, openly discussed the contents and nature of my father-in-laws will after his passing.My mother-in-law was over medicated and suffering from dementia. One of the staff cried as she suggested that we should do what we could to get her out. Thats correct, one of the members of staff!There have been multiple issues with money and, since shes left, they have been opening her post illegally.If you are considering this establisment for your loved ones I would urge you to look elsewhere.

The approach to this facility is clean and attractive with an air of regular maintenance. The entrance was neat and the reception warm. We were taken on a tour of the large complex . We visited residents rooms as well as communal areas. The residents we met appeared to be well looked after and in good spirits. We were given as much information as we required and we were invited to take application forms and to submit them upon completion.

My Mom lives there and is very happy They certainly try to make their residence lives pleasant and they have thoughfully paid attention the needs of the elderly. Thank you

Clean, well run. Clinic 24/7. Free physiotherapist on certain days. Food is not cordon bleu but still good. Rooms are very small but there are larger rooms and rooms en suite. A happy place. Plenty of activities.

Looks like a great place. My mother in law has recently moved in and is enjoying it. So far everythings good.
