Helped a friend clean her unit before handing keys back. A very tidy and neatly kept property. The balcony view was something else though. It was as if you were in a nature reserve. A family of ostriches with 4 babies and other wild life right there. Such a treat to feed and watch them.

Was 3 up in till my neighbor broke into my place and stole my car keys. I caught him and took him to security, and he let him get away.Rating was 5 unit I had to sit without warm water for 5 days, and my TV and Amplifier got struck by lightning as the place is not earthed. If you want a quite place this is not for you, lots of children running and screaming, playing in front of your door unsupervised. Ive never once seen a parent come to investigate what their children are doing.
