My phone had to go in for repairs at Vodacom Repair Centre Lakeside Mall. Mario was extremely professional. Answered all my questions attended to all my concerns and my phone was repaired in 2 hours. Highly recommend phone repairs with Mario and his team

Staff arent clued up on the devices they sell. Our assistant told us she never got training on some devices so she doesnt know. She even told us to go and purchase a device at Telkom or Game because they dont have stock.

I claimed for my P30 Pro which was stolen in Feb 2021 , insurance gave me R20100 but the vodacom consultant did not allow me to take anything close to R20000 so I ended up with a P40 not a P40 Pro . Which sucks compared to the P30 Pro. Personally done with vodacom maybe another provider with a white consultant because black people have stupidity built into theirs mental frame and must work hard to keep up with a fluent mind at least the white brain would explain better why I cannot use the claim amount I qualify for .

Very long wait times. Very rude consultants who know nothing about customer services or people skills in general. Avoid at all costs

When I walked into Vodacom Lakeside Mall on 13/2/2021 I felt I was at a Vodacom shop that knew their thing and all I asked for was a Sim Data Contract with two extra Multi Sim cards, Koestie (lovely lady who helped me) simply asked one question from her Store Manager and 10 minutes later I walked out of that shop thinking Final this is a person who knows her stuff.Well done Koestie, a well deserved 5 Star Rating for you.I sincerely hope Vodacom in general will heed my call to invest in upskilling its employees to your level of Competency (for you are a benchmark).

I clicked 1 star as there is nothing below that. I dropped my phone off 11 days ago and on calling a few minutes ago, have been told by Anna that they are still waiting for parts.
