Observed all Covid protocols.Very Customer oriented. I needed 5 liters of a Roof paint/sealer. They only had 20 litres in stock. Without hesitation they offered to decant 5 litres for me. If that isnt Customer Service what is? Thank you Hot Pot, Northmead, Benoni. I will be back!

Went to buy paint for a wooden bunk bed. Got recommended to get enamel by the owner & his wife. I spent a fortune on getting the best paint. The enamel did not work well, ran teardrops everywhere, and 3 weeks later my boys still cant sleep in their room as it smells so strong. After consulting various knowledgeable people, found out that I was advised to get the wrong paint for the job - and that by the owners who should have known better. Not impressed at all as it cost a lot of time & money & will be near impossible to fix now that its covered in enamel.
