My long standing nail technician was unavailable due to a medical procedure . I live close by and saw the Frost ad. What a superb salon. Modern spotless ample parking. The welcome from everyone in the salon was wonderful making me feel truly comfortable and appreciated as a Client. Extensive range of products and colours. The technician knew exactly what she was doing. Not fast and sloppy but efficient and beautifully done. They lasted perfectly. I bought the whitening toothpaste by Nu skin - excellent! I was honest and told them I needed a back up salon and they were totally okay. What was so pleasant the technician complemented the way my nails were done previously! Highly recommend Frost!

Every time I walk in, I feel special. The ladies at Frost go out of their way to make me feel welcome! My nails always look amazing and if there is an issue with my nails - which there hasn’t been yet - I know that I can just schedule a repair job.I absolutely highly recommend Frost nail boutique! Listen, the staff and owner are great but I did not feel that the nails and lashes were professional. After application of the lashes I experienced alot of pain and the lashes started turning and coming out with my own lashes. The nails started lifting after 2 - 3 days and I returned to the salon after 7 days to show them. They did not have the products to remove the lashes, they only offered to redo them for free, which I appreciated but I was not willing to go through that pain again. I didnt have time to redo the nails but I did not have faith that they would be done better. I asked for a refund of R300 for the nails after paying R1200 and this request was denied. Perhaps your experience will be better but I was not at all pleased. Pictures attached are after 1 week of application. Nails should not lift atleast until 3 to 4 weeks. Lashes should not be painful after application.

I used to be a client for many years of a franchise beauty salon ...problem for me was they like 110km return. Times are tough...every cent counts....I met Marilynne on line ...through her Tupperware business just over a year ago and decided to try out her salon 2 months ago...( was very nervous to try someone new)...on the worse possible day in Johannesburg...was freezing cold and thanks to Eskom no electricity....I was booked for a pedicure ...soak off and new set of acrylic....these ladies made a plan....they had battery chargers hooked to use cables operating UV lamps...hot water for my pedi...and I walked out very very happy and satisfied...I since visited the salon about 3 weeks ago and what an fantastic experience I had....they have wonderful good quality products they use....very affordable....very efficient....professional and friendly.... this would be the 2nd month Im gonna go for 4 weeks and my nails look perfect....these hands cook clean bake do dishes and very hard on the keyboard....i used to struggle around the 3rd week previously as they would lift.. and I would glue them down till I got to my appointment . proof in the pic and I am not an easy customer. I have tried other people over the last 10 years and always ended up irritated or unhappy but this team have managed to win me over .....go give them a try ...you wont regret it ...💕💕💕🌺🌺🌺

Such a lovely little gem of a nail studio in beautiful settings in Rynfield. Rates are reasonable and Marilynne and her team are extremely Freud LG and helpful. Would most definitely recommend!!

I have been using Frost Nail Boutique from the day they opened. I have had no problems with lifting of my nails, my nails last a good 5 weeks and im really rough on my hands. The staff are excellent, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
