I’ve been lucky enough to have had my Pure Plush Kooibed for 2 years now. It has held its shape and has not lost its firm softness.As an athlete you need high quality sleep every night if you want to recover fully. My Kooibed has given me the best opportunity at getting a good nights rest in! I am super happy with my Pure Plush Kooibed!

UPDATE: the bed base was exchanged for a base that will work better on hard flooring. The Kooi foldable base is very sturdy on tiles. Professionaly handled and much appreciated Kooi!The mattress is fine, but the wooden bed base is ridiculously unstable. Would not recommend it - rather get something solid. I dont understand how Kooi cannot see how bad the design is.

I ordered a bed frame and mattress a few months ago. The customer service was horrible to say the least. It took forever for them to deliver my order even though the website showed 3-5 days delivery. On the day they eventually delivered I questioned the size of the bed frame as the mattress was sticking over the edge. The delivery guy tols me that the mattress would settle into the bed frame. Needless to say its been a few months and its still sticking over. I reached out to other people who also purchased the same items and after measuring the bed frame I realised that the bed frame that was delivered was indeed the incorrect size. I have been trying to get this resolved with no luck. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Kooi Beds as my entire experience with them as been horrible. They only care about the sale and getting paid and after that customers are sent from pillar to post without anyone at Kooi Beds wanting to take responsibility.
